These terms apply to everyone who visits vandeblaak.com. It is the personal website of Erik van de Blaak in Arnhem, the Netherlands: a portfolio and a blog. I don't sell products or services through this site, so there are no delivery or payment terms. By using the site, you agree to what is written below.

- Texts, source code, images, designs, illustrations and animations on this site are mine, unless stated otherwise.
- You may link to any page and share any article. If you want to copy, reproduce or publish texts, code or images, please ask me for written permission first at erik@vandeblaak.com. Anything copyright law allows without permission, such as quoting with attribution, remains allowed.
- Other companies' brand names and logos shown on the site remain the property of their owners.
3. Use of the site
- Don't use the site in a way that could harm its operation, security or availability, for example by overloading it or trying to break in.
- The contact form and the comments are for real messages. Spam, advertising and unlawful content don't belong there. I don't publish comments that break this rule.

- I write the articles and other texts with care, but I can't guarantee that everything is accurate, complete or still current. AI tools and software change fast; what was true when I wrote it may work differently later.
- If you use code, prompts or instructions from this site, test them yourself first. I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by using or relying on the information on this site.
- No rights can be derived from the content of this site.
